But! The good news is, the internet is a magical place (sometimes) and it’s given us the gift of *dupes*. Specifically, the Target dupe. And listen, I’m not usually one for dupes. I tend to be a “buy the real thing” kind of gal, BUT… this one? It’s actually pretty darn good.
I’m talking about the, uh, let me check my notes… (hang on, where did I put my phone?)… AHA! The $15 bag at Target. Yep, you read that right. Fifteen bucks. It’s basically a steal. I saw it mentioned like, *everywhere* after Nov 2022. Amanda Mushro knew what was up!
I mean, let’s be real, it probably isn’t *exactly* the same quality as the Lulu one. It’s Target, not some fancy-pants athletic store. But does it hold your stuff? Yes. Does it look reasonably cute? Also yes. And does it save you, like, a million dollars (okay, maybe not a million, but still a good chunk of change)? Absolutely!
And the colors! They come in a bunch of colors, including, like, a cream color that is just super trendy right now. I personally am digging the cream color because it goes with *everything*. You know? Like, you can wear it with leggings, jeans, a dress… whatever your heart desires.
I saw someone say it’s “hands-free” which, like, duh, it’s a belt bag. But I guess it’s worth mentioning? I always feel like I’m losing stuff when I carry it so maybe I should look into a dupe.
Honestly, if you’re on the fence about the Lululemon bag, just try the Target one first. You might be surprised. And even if you end up hating it, it’s only $15. You can use it to hold your dog’s poop bags or something. I don’t know, get creative!
